Structural Integration is the body of work originally developed by Ida P. Rolf, Ph.D. Dr. Rolf developed the work that she called Structural Integration, and that her early followers termed "Rolfing®".There are now many schools of Structural Integration that trace their lineage back to Dr. Rolf's teaching.

Structural Integration is the most advance form of bodywork available and when performed correctly can bring the longest lasting, most profound results.  Please explore the links to the left for more information.






What is Structural Integration?

 Structural Integration is NOT simply another massage therapy "technique" or "style", but is instead a holistic system of health care that intends to unwind and balance the entire body.  I bring to my the SI sessions a wide range of soft tissue techniques and movement education.  Structural Integration is a system that helps guide how and why to use these various techniques to bring about the longest lasting and most profound results.
